Apply several edits at once in `patch_note`

Each patch_note call makes one edit and waits for the previous upload to finish, so changing several spots in one note is slow. If one edit fails, the note is left half edited. patch_note would accept a list of edits and apply all of them in one write, or none if any edit doesn't match.

Add a `write_note` tool

create_note refuses to overwrite a note that already exists, so to rewrite a note the AI has to trash it and create it again. write_note would replace the content of an existing note in one step.

Add an `append_note` tool

To add text to a note, the AI has to quote the note's existing last line or a heading in patch_note, which fails when that text appears more than once. append_note would add text to the end of a note or to the end of a heading's section, or prepend it after the frontmatter. That would make daily notes and logs easy to keep.

Add an `edit_frontmatter` tool

At the moment the AI can only change frontmatter through patch_note, by rewriting the raw YAML. That often breaks on lists that span several lines, on values that appear more than once, and on notes that don't have frontmatter yet. A new edit_frontmatter tool would set or remove individual frontmatter fields by name and leave everything else in the frontmatter as it is. read_note could also return the frontmatter as its own parsed field.
